Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) V15.7.5.2 Released.

-AMD Vulkan driver files removal. (this will not remove the Vulkan Runtime)
-Changed starting Messagebox to Form, works like a splash screen. (Thanks to usermltk)
-Added option reboot to Safe Mode with Networking on above mentioned form. (Thanks to usermltk)
-Network check before requesting version. Not waiting timeout from requesting version if no networks available. (eg. Safe Mode) (Thanks to usermltk)
-15.7.5.2 Fixed an issue that could prevent the computer to reboot back into Normal mode.

Recommended usage:
The tool can be used in Normal mode but for absolute stability when using DDU, Safemode is always the best.
Make a backup or a system restore (but it should normally be pretty safe).

DDU is not unninstalling Vulkan Run Time Libraries, with the latest NVIDIA Driver, it install a new version of it and I get 2 installed run times.
